1 Simple Trick To Lose Belly Fat Fast
Get Rid of All Calorie Dense Drinks

The first thing I tell everyone who come to me wanting to lose belly fat fast is too cut calorie dense drinks such as pop (soda), juice and alcohol from their diets as these contain little to no nutritional value and are full of unwanted calories.
I know this advice isn’t exactly original as it appears in just about every diet book and article on how to lose weight, but you’d be surprised to find out how many people actually act on this advice.

By eliminating calorie containing drinks from your daily diet, you’re drastically reducing your daily caloric intake for maximum fat loss.

Soda (pop) and other soft drinks contain little or no essential nutrients such as vitamins and minerals.The excess sugar ends up being stored as fat in your body (especially around your stomach), which results in weight gain and elevates risk for heart disease and cancer.They contain simple sugars, sugar substitutes, artificial coloring, flavoring, and preservatives.Many Soft drinks contain over 10 teaspoons of sugar!!!!This plays havoc with your insulin and blood sugar levels.
Avoid sugary drinks at all costs, they quickly increase your calorie intake and play havoc with your blood sugar levels. On a fat burning program, it’s never a good idea to drink a large portion of your calories.
Be very careful to read the labels on all drinks you consume, especially sports drinks – Hey read the label on the your can of coke or whatever you like to drink and i’d bet you wouldn’t be able to pronounce most of the chemicals! Heck just look at how many chemicals there are in it!! Why would you want to put them into your body??

Some sports nutrition products that are marketed as high performance “health
foods” are nothing more than sugar water. Even well-formulated products haven’t been proven to increase performance in athletes.
For workouts lasting less than an hour, water is still the best thing you can drink. For fat loss purposes, why would you want all those extra simple carbohydrates/calories anyway?
These calorie dense drinks can be replaced with a number of healthier alternatives, obviously water, milk (low fat varieties) and green tea. Green Tea is a very healthy drink. It’s calorie-free, has a number of health benefits, and can replace soda, juice, and coffee to help eliminate unnecessary liquid calories.
If you’re hooked and can’t quit in one go, start by cutting back by only having 1 drink each day. Then 1 every other day and so on until you don’t feel the cravings for these drinks.
Remember it isn’t just the pops and alcohol you have to avoid, beware of juices. Yes they have some vitamins but they are still loaded with sugar, even if it is natural sugar. You might even think diet or sugar free drinks could be alright, however I recommend avoiding these too. In moderation their ok and can’t be avoided entirely but it’s a bad idea in large amounts.
